Merchants can cancel their Veenus Premium or Basic subscriptions at any time through the Veenus app. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the paid features of the platform, please contact support within 7 days of the charge. Refunds for platform fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Veenus provides the technology for merchants to sell to their buyers. Buyers seeking a refund for a product purchased from a Veenus merchant must contact the merchant directly. The merchant's individual return/refund policies apply.
